The developers are working on plans for Plot 18 with 335 private flats and commercial space. Plans include landscaping and public space connecting to the Sayes Court Garden project and the Olympia building. Again there are proposals for a podium garden.

Forty Shillings have an exhibition of the plans at Convoys Wharf on Sunday, 25th July from 10am to 2pm and Monday, 26th July from 4pm to 8pm. Entrance at New King.

The consultation ends on 20th August.
